Create and send video email templates from ZoomInfo (Engage)

Knowledge baseThe email templates work as a great time-saving feature. It helps you send similar emails to multiple recipients at different stages in the sales funnel. You can create and send video email templates from ZoomInfo (Engage) with Hippo Video integration.

Requirements:

  • Hippo Video Account. Sign-up here if you are a new user. 

  • Hippo Video Chrome extension. Click on this link to install.

  • Hippo Video + ZoomInfo integration. Click on this link to check out the steps for integration.

To create a template from ZoomInfo (Engage): 

  1. Log in to ZoomInfo (Engage) using your credentials.

  2. Click on the Content menu from the top bar and select Templates.

  3. Then, click on the New button in the upper right-hand corner to create a template.

  1. Select the Template from the slider.

  1. Select the template of your choice. Here for example, let’s choose ‘Blank’ template.

  1. You’ll notice the Hippo Video icon at the top right of the template window.

  1. Now, the world of videos is open to you. So go head and create a new videoimport a video from the Hippo Video library, or record your screen.

  1. Your video now is ready to be shared.

  2. Click the Insert Video button.

  3. You’ll notice that the video gets uploaded inside the Template Window as a thumbnail.

  4. Enter the Template Name, and Subject (mandatory).

  1. Also, make sure that you add signature which is mandatory to save the template.

  2. Below the video preview, click on the Variables.

  1. Select My Signature from the Add Merge Variables window and click Add.

  1. The ‘My Signature’ merge field gets added below the thumbnail.

  2. Hit Save.

  1. You’ve successfully created an email template. The created templates will get listed under Email Templates section.


To send a video from ZoomInfo (Engage) using email templates: 

  1. Click on the Content menu from the top bar and select Templates.

  2. Then, click on any of the templates of your choice below the Template Name column.

  1. You can edit the template, if needed, and click the Save and Send button.

  1. The Email Compose window will appear.

  2. Enter the email address in the To field and hit Send

  3. Now, the video email is sent sucessfully to your prospects.
