In a company with multiple projects, every employee should be well aware of every task they are dealing with. Complete knowledge of the project improves the work quality and efficiency. A short video covering the critical points with required information can help them take it as a reference and it reduces the need to approach other employees for an explanation when a video guide is attached.
Requirements:
Hippo Video Account. Sign-up here if you are a new user.
Hippo Video Chrome extension. Click on this link to install.

To send videos from the comments section:
You can create and post a video as a comment.
Log in to JIRA using your credentials.
Click on anyone of the issues and you’ll find the comments section below the issue.
Here, you’ll notice the Hippo Video icon at the top of the Comments section. Click on it.
Now, the world of videos is open to you. So go head and create a new video, import a video from the Hippo Video library, or record your screen.
Once you’re done, your video now is ready to be shared.
Click the Copy to Clipboard button.
Fill in the merge field values and click on the Copy to Clipboard button.
Press Ctrl + V (windows) or Command + V (Mac), you’ll notice that the video gets uploaded inside the Comments section as a thumbnail.
Now, hit Save.
The video is saved and will be available to the Assignee and Reporter.
Note: You can edit/delete the comment at any point in time.
