Requirements:
Hippo Video Account. Sign-up here if you are a new user.
Hippo Video Chrome extension. Click on this link to install.
To install Hippo Video chrome extension for Zoho CRM integration:
Go to Chrome Web Store.
Search for Hippo Video in the search bar on the left.
You will see Hippo Video: Video and Screen recorder listed on the right. Click on Hippo Video card.
Click on Add to Chrome and then click on Add extension from the pop-up.
Once the installation is complete, you will notice the Hippo Video icon added to your browser.
Navigate to a new tab, log in to Hippo Video using your existing credentials, or Sign up here, to create a new account
Click on the Settings icon from the left navigation bar > select Integrations card or click on the More icon from the left navigation bar > select Settings and then click on the Integrations card.
Under the Sales tab, switch the toggle state to ‘On’ found next to Zoho CRM: Quick Record Widget to enable integration.
To ensure completion of the integration, log-in to your Zoho CRM account in a new tab and look for the Hippo Video icon at the top left of your email window.
