Requirements:
Hippo Video Account. Sign-up here if you are a new user.
Freshdesk account.
Here's a quick demo on how to integrate Hippo Video with Freshdesk,
To integrate Freshdesk with Hippo Video:
Login to Freshdesk account using existing credentials.
Click on Admin icon from the left navbar.
Scroll down to an end and click Apps below Helpdesk Productivity.
Click on Get More Apps button at the upper right.
In the Marketplace, search for the Hippo Video app and click Install.
You’ll be asked for the Freshdesk API key.
Click on Profile icon at the top right corner and select Profile Settings from the pop-up.
Copy the API Key and Admin email.
Paste it in the relevant fields and click Install.
You’ll find the Hippo Video app listed below the Apps section inside Freshdesk.
Once you are done, you can go to your tickets tab and check for the Hippo Video widget. If the app is integrated, you should be able to record a video or select the videos which are already recorded inside Freshdesk.
