With HV, you can now track all of your accounts at a glance inside the Accounts panel within your ecosystem. An account-level report will show your account's detailed information in two different categories:
Reports: Lets you keep track of the overall health of the account level on the prospect’s interaction with videos
Activity:s. Lets you understand how each prospect in the account has interacted with videos.
This report will keep track of video activity from the prospect, regardless of whether the video email is sent directly or is part of a recurring cadence.
To view account-level reports from HubSpot for sales:
Log-in to your HubSpot account.
Click on the Contacts menu at the top and select Companies.
Select the appropriate company below the Company Name column.
Note: Accounts is referred to as Company in HubSpot.
On the right side of the window, scroll down to see your reports. This report includes the total number of prospects contacted with video, the total number of videos shared, total unique videos played, and the average attention span.
Click on the Hippo Video - Click to View Reports link. It will open up a new tab where you can find the detailed reports of each prospect.
The Reports tab lets you see all the prospects' details such as prospect name, unique video plays, average attention span, average page time, total in-video CTA clicks, and total page CTA clicks.
Click on the Activity tab to see the actions taken by the prospects for all the videos sent.
