With Hippo Video, you can now send catchy video responses to single or multiple applicants to stand out. In addition to that, you can reach out to potential candidates with videos using the advanced search criteria inside LinkedIn. You can also track your video inside your Hippo Video account.
Requirements:

To send video replies to the applicants from LinkedIn Recruiter:
Log-in to LinkedIn using your credentials and click the Recruiter link on the top left.
The list of all the jobs posted along with the total number of applicants applied to the job will be displayed.
Click the appropriate designation.
All the applicants who applied for a specific role will get listed.
You can now send video replies to specific or multiple applicants based on your preference.
To send a video reply to a specific applicant, click the Email icon near the appropriate applicant.
To send to multiple applicants, check the box at the top left and click the Email icon near any of the applicants.
In the Compose Message window, click on the Hippo Video icon at the bottom left.
Select the option from the pop-up.
Before recording, if you have any lengthy scripts then enable the teleprompter. The Enable Teleprompter feature within Hippo Video will prompt your scripts on the screen and lets you talk without the need to check your notes. To learn how to enable it, click here.
You can create a new video or import a video from the Hippo Video library or record your screen and share it.
You’ll notice the video gets pasted as a thumbnail inside the Compose Message window.
Enter the subject and message below.
Once you’re done, click the Send button at the bottom right. You have successfully sent a video reply to the applicant from LinkedIn Recruiter.
To search for the specific candidate using search criteria:
With these search criteria, you’ll be able to pick the right candidates for a specific role.
Click the Advanced Filters at the top.
Select and fill your requirement. Once you’re done, click the Search button at the top right.
Based on your preferences, the candidates will get listed.
Now, select the specific candidate or multiple candidates and send video messages by clicking the Email icon.
Note: You can track your video messages via the Hippo Video account inside the Reports section.
