Requirements:
- Hippo Video Account. Sign-up here if you are a new user. 
- Zendesk account. 
To install Hippo Video from Zendesk Marketplace:
- Login to Zendesk using existing credentials. 
- Click on Admin icon from the left navbar and select the Go to Admin Center link.  
- A new tab opens up. Here, select the Apps and Integrations card.  
- Again, a new tab opens up. Click on the Marketplace and search for Hippo Video in the Keywords. 
- Click on the Hippo Video.  
- Now, click Install.  
- Select the account to install the app and click Install.  
- Choose Zendesk API on the left navbar and select Add API token button on the right.  
- Click Copy and Save. The API token is updated.  
- Again, select the Zendesk Support apps below the Apps and Integrations section from the left nav bar and click on the Hippo Video app.  
- Paste the copied code inside the Zendesk API Token field. 
- Once you’re done, click on Update.  
- The new API token is updated. 
To embed videos/solutions inside Zendesk from Hippo Video:
- Click on Home from the left navbar. 
- In the Dashboard section, click on the relevant article.  
- You’ll see the Hippo Video widget on the right side of the screen.  
- Now, you can record an explainer video, get a customer testimonial, and ask customers to reply with a video.
