Here's a brief walkthrough video on how to send video email campaign from HubSpot,
To add a video to an email template in HubSpot:
Login to your HubSpot account.
In order to send out a video email campaign, an email template along with a video needs to be created.
Click on the Marketing menu from the top menu and then click on Email.
Now, click on the Create Email button on the top right & select Regular from the email type pop-up. There are two different templates you can choose from:
Drag and Drop
Select from any one of the templates under the Drag and drop option.
Add your company logo, email content, and then, to add the video, click on More under the Content tab on the left.
Drag and drop the HTML component and place it in the email body.
Double-click on the HTML component and open the Edit HTML window on the left.
Now, the HTML code containing the video needs to be added inside the Edit HTML.
Open a new tab and log-in to your Hippo Video account and select the video you wish to send from the Library.
On the right of the video preview, click the Share/Embed Code icon.
Select HubSpot from Email Marketing Software and then click on Copy Code.
Navigate back to HubSpot tab and paste the code in the Edit HTML window on the left.
You will notice the video getting pasted as a thumbnail inside the email.
Click on Send, once you’ve added recipients and subject line.
Pick any template under the custom tab and save it with a name.
Click on the pen icon to add your desired message to the email body.
Now to add a video, click on Source Code under Advanced to the right.
This will open up an Edit Source Code pop-up where the HTML code needs to be pasted.
Go to the Videos and Documents inside your Hippo Video account and select the video you wish to send.
On the right of the video preview, click the Share/Embed Code icon. Select HubSpot from Email Marketing Software and then click on Copy Code.
Navigate back to Hubspot, paste the HTML code in the Edit Source Code window and click on Save Changes.
You will now see the video getting pasted as a thumbnail.
