Create sequences with video emails from Apollo

Sequences are a series of automated or manual touchpoints and activities, designed to drive deeper engagement with your prospects.

Requirements:

• Hippo Video Account. Sign-up here if you are a new user. 

• Hippo Video Chrome extension. Click on this link to install.

• Apollo Account.

To navigate to the sequence section inside Apollo:

1. Log-in to Apollo using your credentials.

2. Click on the Sequences icon from the quick navigation bar on the left and then select the Sequences from the list.

3. You can either create a new sequence with video emails or add video emails to an existing sequence.

To create a new sequence with video emails:

1. Click on New Sequence from the top right.

2. You can choose either New, Clone, or Prebuilt  options to create a sequence.

3. Provide a name for the sequence and click on Create.

4. Click on Add Step.

5. Input your desired time interval in the boxes given below.

6. Click on Add.

7. Now click on the Hippo Video icon at the bottom left of the email layout.

8. Select the option from the pop-up.

9. Before recording, if you have lengthy scripts then it is recommended to enable the teleprompter. The Enable Teleprompter feature within Hippo Video will prompt your scripts on the screen and lets you talk without the need to check your notes. To learn how to enable it, click here.

10. You can create a new video or import a video from the Hippo Video library or record your screen and share it.

11. Once you've completed, click on the Copy to Clipboard.

12. Now, press Ctrl+V (for Windows) or Command+V (in the case of Mac) to paste the video.   

13. You will notice your video gets pasted to the email layout as a thumbnail. 

14. Enter a subject line and click on Save Changes.

15. Repeat the above steps to add more video emails into the sequence at your desired intervals.

To add video emails to an existing sequence:

1. Select an existing sequence and click on any of the email steps in the sequence to edit it.

2. Edit or remove text from the email body.

3. Click on the Hippo Video icon at the bottom of the email layout.

4. You can either Record a new video, or Choose an existing video from the library and click on ‘Copy to Clipboard’.

5. Click on ‘Save Changes’ to update the text email into a video email.
