Add forms inside sales page

In Hippo Video, you can now quickly embed the forms inside the sales page. This will help you gather information on valuable leads. 

To add forms inside sales page:

  1. Log-in to  Hippo Video with your existing credentials.

  2. Click on the Library icon from the left navbar and then click Sales Pages.

  3. Now, click Create New at the top right corner.

  1. Choose a category from the Hippo Video Templates tab, hover your mouse over the template you want, and click Create Page.

  1. Now, click on the Add Primary Video to add a video to your sales page.

  1. Your video now gets pasted as a thumbnail in the Sales Page.

  1. Below the primary video, Select the Button Type as Form and click on the Green tick. , you will see the Form used options at the top.

  1. You’ll notice that the Form used options at the top. Enter the button name in the Button Text field.

  1. You also have an option to change the button text color and background color using the  radio buttons.

  1. You can select Form used as,

  1. Default - Select to configure the form.

  2. HubSpot - Select to embed HubSpot form. Click here to check on how to get Portal Id in HubSpot and Click here to check on how to get Form Id in HubSpot.
    Fill the details and then click 
    Apply to configure HubSpot form.

  1. Pardot - Select to embed Pardot form and click Apply to configure Pardot form.

  1. Here, we have selected the Form used as Default and click on Form Configuration, to edit the default form.

  1. The Edit Form will appear. Here, the Mandatory fields are non-editable and Optional fields are editable.

  1. You’ll be able to change the title and button.

  1. Title - Option to change the font type, text color, font face, text alignment, link.

  1. Button - Option to change the button text and background color.

  1. Once you are done, click Save at the bottom of the screen.

  2. You will be redirected to a page where you can set the visibility for your sales page such as EditorViewer, and Share with everyone in the organization. For more details on setting up visibility, click here.

  3. Add tags, Set thumbnail, and Favicon.

  4. Once you are done, click the Save and Next at the bottom right. Your sales page is now ready to be shared.

Example: If the end-user clicks the CTA, the below form will be populated. 

Once the form is filled and submitted by the end-user, an email notification will be sent as shown below.
