Enable the Email tab inside Case Layout. Click here to learn how to enable it.
To login and navigate to the case layout:
Login to Salesforce.com, click on the Setup icon on the top right corner and select Service Setup from the pop-up.
In the Search field (top), enter Case and then select Case Page Layouts from the left side panel.
Now, click on the Case and then click on the Email tab. You will notice the Hippo Video icon at the bottom of the email compose window.
To record and send video emails from the case layout:
Click on the Hippo Video icon. Select the option from the pop-up.
Before recording, if you have any lengthy scripts then enable the teleprompter. The Enable Teleprompter feature within Hippo Video will prompt your scripts on the screen and lets you talk without the need to check your notes. Click here to see how to enable it.
If you wish to add a virtual background, click the Virtual Background icon below the video preview and select the preferred one. To learn more about the virtual background, click here.
To edit or personalize your video, click the Edit & Personalize button below the video preview and select Quick Edit or Personalize Video.
Once you have completed it, your video is now ready to be shared.
If you wish to send out your video via a sales page, click the Sales Page tab on the right side of the video preview and select from the existing template or create a new to embed.
Click on the Thumbnail tab in the top right corner to choose a thumbnail for the video.
Once you’ve done, click on Insert Video.
Now, you will see the thumbnail gets inserted in the email body then click on Send.
