The first step is to open any whiteboard app of your choice:

To start with:
Click on the Hippo Video chrome extension.
Next, select the mic, resolution, and webcam options depending on your requirements.
Finally, select the window you want to share and click on the Record button to get started.
Note: While explaining you can choose to add text, highlight, focus, erase, etc.
