Hippo Video chrome extension for HubSpot enables sales reps to easily record and send personalized videos to prospects easily within HubSpot.
Requirements:
Hippo Video Account. Sign-up here if you are a new user.
Hippo Video Chrome extension. Click here, to install.
To install the Hippo Video chrome extension for HubSpot Marketing integration:
Go to the Chrome Web Store.
Search for Hippo Video in the search bar on the left.
You will see Hippo Video: Video and Screen Recorder getting listed on the right.
Click on Add to Chrome and then click on Add extension from the pop-up.
Once the installation is complete, you will notice the Hippo Video icon added to your browser.
Click on the Hippo Video icon on the top right and select Sign-Up to create a new account.
To enable the HubSpot inside Hippo Video:
Go to the Integrations tab inside your Hippo Video account.
All your integrations will be listed here.
You'll find the HubSpot under the Marketing tab.
Click on the Integrate button next to the HubSpot.
The HubSpot login window appears.
Enter the credentials and click on Log in.
A code will be sent to your registered email ID to access your Hubspot account.
Navigate to the respective email address to find the code and enter it in the field shown below.
Now, click on Log in. You will be requested to select an account to access HubSpot.
Select an account and you will be redirected to the following screen.
Click on the Connect app. Once it’s done, the window closes automatically.
Now, to ensure that Hippo Video is integrated with Hubspot, navigate to the Integrations tab and check below the Marketing tab.
You will notice that the Integrate button changed to Manage.
To ensure completion of the integration, log in to your HubSpot account in a new tab and look for the Hippo Video icon at the bottom of your email window.
