Here's brief walkthrough video on how to send video emails from Pipedrive,
To send video emails from Pipedrive:
Log-in to your Pipedrive account.
Click on the Contacts tab on the left and then click on People.
Click on an existing contact and click on the Email tab on the right inside the contacts page.
You can also add a new contact by clicking on the + Person button on the top left.
You’ll find the Hippo Video icon at the bottom of your email compose window.
Click on the Hippo Video icon. Select the option from the pop-up.
Before recording, if you have any lengthy scripts then enable the teleprompter. The Enable Teleprompter feature within Hippo Video will prompt your scripts on the screen and lets you talk without the need to check your notes. To learn how to enable it, click here.
You can create a new video or import a video from the Hippo Video library or record your screen and share it.
Once you've completed, click on Insert Video to finish up.
You will notice the video gets pasted as a thumbnail inside the compose mailbox. Hit Send.
Now, you've successfully sent a video email to your prospect from Pipedrive.
